Sarah Forster
Sarah and her husband have been married for 18 years and have three children, through whom God continues to teach and shape her each day. Sarah brings over 16 years of experience across Christian, public, and homeschool education. Her work has included classroom teaching, curriculum development, systematizing church ministry, music and youth ministry, family ministry, and program leadership for learners from preschool through college. She has served as a public school teacher, youth director, music assistant, Big Thought creative education specialist, MOPS director, family ministry coordinator, connections ministry director, and homeschool mother. A central thread of Sarah’s work has been equipping children to become servant leaders through multigenerational discipleship, community outreach, evangelism, and intentionally child-led projects. She creates opportunities for different generations to learn alongside each other, study Scripture, pray, serve, and share their faith, helping children discover that they are not merely the church of tomorrow, but valuable participants in God’s work today. Sarah holds a BFA in Directing and delights in awakening curiosity, nurturing a love of learning, and helping children discover the connections woven throughout God’s world. Her passion is to invite children through nature to know the Creator, through stories to encounter the Author of the greatest story, and through Scripture to behold the gospel of Jesus Christ. She believes every worthy subject ultimately leads us back into the great conversation with God, teaching us more about His world, His character, and our purpose within it. In addition to serving as a director, Sarah has the privilege of teaching Shakespeare to a variety of ages.
